　　Responsibility：

　　Develop effective online marketing/O2O campaign across all digital channels.

　　● Establish online & digital campaign and related marketing initiatives to help increase online engagement, brand awareness, as well as driving target customers across multiple platforms including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums, KOLs.

　　● Work with PR team on customizing and creating content for online marketing campaign.

　　Requirement：

　　The Impact:

　　● This role plays a critical part in the company’s efforts to uphold highest data quality standards for all its Syndicated & Proprietary market research studies in China. The work done by the team will help the company to ensure that all market research quantitative data are collected using best practices established by the company. This in turn enables us to deliver high value analyses and reports to the company’s clients and earn continuous trust that the company’s clients have with the company.

　　● To manage China Fieldwork Operation (FO) team for all data collection activities for the company.

　　The Responsibility:

　　The work will entail the management of the following FO functions:

　　● Provide close guidance and leadership for the China FO team to effecienly and effectively execute research fieldwork designs. Ensure projects are completed on time in accordance with the quality and quantity during the whole fieldwork period.

　　● Ensure FO team to cooperate closely with other relevant departments (e.g. project management team, data processing team).

　　● Take lead in business process improvement activities (BPI) especially in the area of further enhancing process flow for all data collection activities, data collection QA procedures, documentation etc. for the China operations.

　　The Role:

　　● Be responsible for managing assigned fieldwork operations (FO) team as well as the data collection work for all research projects undertaken by the team.

　　● Provide team leadership to the assigned China FO team to fully understand fieldwork requirements based on research designs; Prepare detailed fieldwork materials for briefings; Conduct briefings to outsource fieldwork; Audit partners and monitor all data collection activities throughout the fieldwork duration.

　　● Responsible for analysis and compilation in China Auto industry issue, policy and information, etc.

　　承担联合研究项目的研究报告撰写工作。

　　● Lead Analysis and Design planning for select studies and develop questionnaires by incorporate input from all teams (practices, client reps, research, science, etc.).

　　● Assist Research Director in project management and team management, including project execution process, internal cooperation, project summarization, research methodology update and development, etc.
